Layer3 operates a helpdesk from 8 am – 5 pm, Monday to Friday (This may vary by contract). During this time, Layer3 support representatives will assist with any issues you may have.


To get support, please do the following:

  1. Email support@layer3.nz with a detailed description of your problem. If you cannot email, please call our helpdesk on 0508 529373.
  2. A support email will be sent to you with a ticket number
  3. A support representative will be in touch with you within two business hours.

If you would like to follow up with your support request, please reply to the automated email that was sent to you in the first instance, or call our helpdesk.

Please note that we do not answer Remote Support Requests unless a support ticket has been raised with the helpdesk.
