  • Mac – ScreenConnect can’t be opened because the identity of the developer cannot be confirmed

You have get this issue when trying to run ScreenConnect (Our remote support software) on a Mac computer system. To fix this:

  1. First please go to System Preferences and then click on Security & Privacy
  2. After that you will want to click on the lock in the bottom left corner, and then make sure Allow apps downloaded from: Anywhere
  3. You should now be able to run our application
in Support
