Need a new device? Simply submit your request with the click of a button through your Layer3 user portal or by email. One of our hardware specialists will recommend the best devices for your environment and needs and handle everything from order placement to configuration and delivery or setup at your preferred location.
Consistent Provisioning
Our team will get your new or repurposed devices setup according to industry best practices and your own specific requirements. Our provisioning process is quick and consistent by use of desktop imaging at our HQ or remotely via remote device management tools such as Microsoft InTune. Each image is set based upon your pre-established provisioning profile. Customized at the department level, these profiles ensure that each device is set up with the appropriate software, settings, security and credentials required for the team member who will use it.
Finance
Layer3 is able to help you coordinate flexible business leasing solutions through our finance partners. An operating lease is ideal for IT equipment as it spares you a large upfront capital expense and makes it simple to replace or renew your gear at the end of term. And of course, payments are an operating expense – ‘off balance sheet’ and typically tax deductible.*
