We take the time to dig into all of the details of your project to ensure we are aware of all of the dependencies and requirements. - Scope of Work Developed
A Layer3 consultant will create a comprehensive project plan for you that includes the tasks and materials required, along with a timeline with key milestones. - Execution
We roll up our sleeves and get to work. Depending on the scope of the project, we will either have regular scheduled project discussions with you or check ins as key milestones are reached. - Post-Project Follow up
We don’t just toss you the keys and walk away. Layer3 will lead you through a post-project debrief to help you with any additional guidance on adoption or support.
